16 December 2011 CAN ANYBODY TELL ME THAT WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD THE CLSS 2011 FORM??

KINDLY TELL ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE I HAVE TO FILE THIS FORM.

16 December 2011 As per MCA general circular 65/2011 dated 4/10/2011, CLSS 2011 closed on 15/12/2011. The form in which the 'application for immunity' has to be filed is not hosted in MCA website. However,you can view the model of the said form in https://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/Circular_59-2011_05aug2011.pdf

16 December 2011 DEAR SIR,

THE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 15TH JAN 2012.

IF THERE IS NO OPTION TO DOWNLOAD THE FORM THEN HOW CAN I FILE IT TO ROC WITHIN THE TIME.

16 December 2011 First of all thanks for the updation since I missed 69/2011 dated 15/12/2011. For the Scheme CLSS2011, I request you to read, once again, General Circular 59/2011 dated 02/08/2011 with particular reference to clause 2(vi).
