Dear Sir, I had an Pvt Ltd company and want to close it. I haven't file any document like 23AC, 23ACA, 20B ect with ROC for FY 2011-12 till yet. Please let me know that weather I have to file all form for FY 2011-12 and only after I can close the company or there is any other procedure through which I can close the company without old filings??
If your private limited company is non operational since last one year and no govt dues pending you can close the company through " FAST TRACK EXIT MODE" without filing previous returns .
