In a Prviate Ltd. co. a director is withdrawing say Rs. 2,500 p.m. for personal use (Drawing) How it should be treated according to companies Act. whether it is treated as Advance Remuneration paid or Loan to a director. Whether the provision section 295 specifically deals about this?
