i have doubt about Interest on housing Loan claiming the following cases;

Case 1 - Property registered in the name of wife. But IT returned filed by husband . No Income from wife

Case 2 - Property registered in the name of wife . But IT Return filed by both husband & wife

please clarify me. if have any case laws in the matters, please mentioned

12 February 2016 Who has taken housing loan?they can claim housing Loan benefit,
If housing Loan taken jointly either individual one of them or both can claim proportionally.
