Dear Sir,
I am a Small Service Provider and not yet registered, Our rendered service value exceed the exemption limit of Rs. 10 Lakh,
I am liable to pay service tax on the exceeded amount or whole amount including Rs. 10 lakh ???

Only on amount in excess of exemption limit
i.e.,amount in excess of Rs 10 lacs.
For example:
The limit of exemption for small sevice provider is 10 lacks then if service turnover is exceeds to 11 lakhs then sevice tax would be applicable for additional 1 lakhs only.
