Charging Excise Duty in Invoice

A - procured goods by import and Sold the Same (with out any further process) to B.

Can Excise Duty can be charged in the above mentioned case.

07 September 2010 If A procured goods by import, A paid only Customs duty. A can sell it B and can charge the Customs duty paid from B.

21 October 2010 For Charging Excise Duty in invoice and let buyer eligible to take credit of same, you must be registered As Dealer under Excise.
Otherwise you can sale it on High Sea Basis.
