One company salary period was 26th to 25th , Now company wants to change it from 1st to 31st then what are the consequence for that 5 Days in Provident Fund, ESIC, P.Tax.

You need to pay salary from 26th of last month to last date of current month, hence EPF/ESI will be paid extra as arrears.

you have to make in one month + 5 days salary in one month and pay the esic and epf.
