Change of registered office within the same state

26 December 2013 My client wants to change the registered office of his company within the same state,i.e.,from kolkata to siliguri.
So, what are the requirements for changing the registered office according to COMPANIES ACT 2013.

Please reply as soon as possible.

26 December 2013 If there is No change in the jurisdiction of ROC , Then u have u just File Form 18 with proper address proof and NOC

31 December 2013 Ma'am with due respect, I would suggest you to see the Companies Act 2013 regarding the rules of changing registered office.
