I need to change the Registered office of a private limited company from Gurgaon to Delhi i.e. from Haryana State to Delhi State. Kindly send me the detailed procedure. Do i have to file a CLB Petition for the same??

For changing registered office from one state to another we file a petition with CLB after that the proper resolution U/s 23 is filed after wards we can file form no.18.
