Change of registered address of pvt. ltd. compnay

02 September 2016 Please help we need to change our Pvt. Ltd. Company address within the jurisdiction of ROC mumbai, do i need to file form MGT-14 also with Form INC -22..
and do we get certificate with new address?

02 September 2016 yes, as per section 12 of the companies act, 2013 u required to passed Special Resolution ( but not in the case of change made within local limit of city or town) which are required to intimate to ROC in MGT-14 within 30 of passing the same. and also required to file INC 22 within 15 days of change.
