I am working as a Sr. Manager Account & Finance. My Company want to convert the private limited company to NGO. Kindly suggest us how it can to done.

01 November 2014 not possible as company is formed for profit and business purpose with specified business oject claused mentioned in MOA whereas ngo is basically formed for non profit organisation and for social activities
