21 December 2015 Please tell me that beadon street,kol-700006 & vidyasagar street, kol-700009 is comes under same Roc office jurisdiction ?

If a Co. what to transfer from kol-700006 to kol-700009 , THEN what are the papers have to change before filling form-INC-22 ?

What does mean of- " within the local limit of the same city/town and outside the local limit of the same city/town in same state for change of registered office address.
