21 December 2009 What is the Procedure for the Change of Address of a CA Firm.

21 December 2009 yes , form 18 should be file.

With in 30 days from the date of the said change a written request signed by the member is required to be submitted to the decentralized office. Phone number and e-mail ID is recommended for speedy reply communication. As per my understanding no specific form has been prescribed by ICAI for this purpose.

24 December 2009 i thinh the Form 18 is for change in the constitution of Firm. Thanks

28 May 2014 There is no form prescribed by the ICAI. As per My email with institute there in no form. Only a request letter with all partners signature is suffice.
