public co. was having reg. ofc in Mumbai and Corporate ofc in Kolkata. Now the co. has shifted its registered ofc from mumbai to kolkata at some other address i.e.not at the address of corporate ofc situated in kolkata.
Now the Company is having both registered ofc and Corporate ofc at kolkata but at different address. Now the company wants to remove its corporate ofc. what are the procedures for the same
