As per new amendments,if the company is owning the premises,what all attachments will be required to file form 18.also will we need a certification of the change in address from a professional.

Form-18 Attachment- If Premises is on Lease

(a) Lease/rent agreement
(b) any proof that such premises is owned by that company, like, electricity bill, water supply bill.

For If Premises is owned by Director

(a) NOC from director
(b) (b) any proof that such premises is owned by that director, like, electricity bill, water supply bill, passport, voter ID card.
(c) Lease/rent agreement

as per new amendments if the premises is owned by the company than attach address proof such as telephone bill Electricity Bill etc. which is on name of company and certify the document as certified to be true copy by professional will be ok
