Can we make changes in the registered flat sale agreement ? I have by-mistakenly entered the wrong flat number in one of the sale agreement, and now it is nearly a year the sale agreement is registered.

At the time of original agreement I paid 6% of agreement value as Stamp duty & Registration charges, will I have to borne the same expenses again for Amendment to Original Agreement registration. ???

Normally applicable amendment fee shall be paid as per the State registration rules.
However, payment at normal rates (i.e. 6% in your state) or payment of only amendment fee, depends on the registration rules of the state as well as discretion of the Registrar / Sub-Registrar.
