25 July 2017 A company has appointed two or more directors and Board has decided to include the same as signatories in bank. Moreso at the same time the company has passed the resolution to remove the name of one of old directors and include the names of new directors as signatories in bank. Whether it is necessary to get the signature of directors who is not in the new authorised signatories list on the resolution passed by the board of directors.
