Change in ao code in pan

20 September 2014 Dear Expert,

I am shifting from one city to another city in same state and would like to make necessary changes in AO circle and PAN Data.

Kindly do let me know how can i transfer my ward and how do i come to know CIT range because i have to make an application for ward transfer. Please dont send random link rather send me like how to know CIT Range, Additional CIT Range etc.

20 September 2014 first of all change the address in your PAN data by filing PAN data correction form.

then contact the jurisdictional AO to transfer the jurisdiction to New AO. Similar letter is to be submitted to the AO under which your new address is.
