17 July 2010 I am practising since last Jan,2009 under Propietorship concern in the name of S K BAHETI & ASSOCIATES,CA'S AHMEDABAD.Also Iam having C/A with Corporation Bank in the name of Above Firm.
Now query is whether an I.T.refund going to be issued in future on intimation u/s 143(1)(a) in the name of Sanjay Baheti as prop.of said concern can be accepted by bank for deposit purposes.

17 July 2010 u must be having a individual bank account in your own name. there u can deposit the cheque and give that bank account number in ITR also.

Also this type of query is for ur bank to answer. They would be a position to guide u in a better way.

17 July 2010 If the name & bank account number on the refund cheque matches with the bank records, it won't make any difference in any other details are also written oo the cheque.

So the name & account number is the key.
