Dear All. Pls Advise me on the issue that whether Cenvat credit can be taken on erected Towers in case of telecommunication Company. If yes pls give me some reference on the said matter.

as per cenvat credit Rules, credit is available on the inputs and input services used for providing out put services.. YES, you are eligible for the credit on tower.
