17 September 2015 any service in or in relation to manufacturing of a good whether directly or indirectly is eligible for CENVAT.You can claim credit.

17 September 2015 Please go through the definition of Input Service in CENVAT credit Rules 2004 for better understanding. I think this will be eligible.
