17 June 2016 Dear Sir, we are 100% EOU Units. What is the procedure for credit taken on input raw material used in manufacture the finished product. Can we claim refund of duty such ?

17 June 2016 yes you have to apply for separately for refund or you can apply for exemption for charging vat and submit to your suppliers
