We are a manufacturer have taken Business loan form Bank. Bank has charged Processing fees and service tax thereon. So can we take credit of such Service tax.

In my opinion Bank processing charges may be taken as "financing charges" and is eligible input service as it is Specifically mentioned in the definition of input services.
