12 December 2015 Dear sir,our company is service provider.we imported machineries.whether we can claim cenvat credit on above(50%)?if yes,can claim BCD and CVD?

13 December 2015 If the machineries are used for providing taxable service then 50% cenvat credit can be claimed on CVD.
