ABOVE NOTIFICATION WE HAVE NOT REGISTRATION UNDER " IMPORT CATEGORY " TILL 25-MAY-2014 , WE HAVE CONTINUES OUR TRADING IN OUR OLD CENTRAL EXCISE DEALER REGISTRATION , WE HAVE IMPORT IN APRIL - 2014 & MAY - 2014 CLEARANCE GOODS IN OLD DEALER REGISTRATION , NOW WE ARE TAKEN NEW REGISTRATION IMPORT CATEGORY , SO PLEASE REQUEST TO YOU GUIDE ME IN OUR ABOVE CASE ANY ACTION & ANY PENALTY BY CENTRAL EXCISE DEPARTMENT
