I am working in a corporate company, now we having a new GM. He wants to became a authorized signatory of Central excise invoices, for that Board of Resolution is mandatory or letter to excise superintendent is enough? or any other formalities is there?

First board resolution pass, than amend online excise registeration,inter new name ,withdraw its hard copy and submit to Range excise suprintendent..
