30 November 2015 Dear Sir I am providing taxable service (consignment agent) and paid service tax on commission.

I am also pay service tax on security service under RCM.

my question is can i take credit of service tax paid on security service?

12 December 2015 For the payment of Service Tax under Reverse Charge Mechanism Service Tax Credit cannot be used. It should be paid in cash and cash only.
