We received cash from our customers and cash entry was made. But the same was not deposited in bank in subsequent days. Now the income is not reflected in the bank statement . Now how to adjust the entry?

As cash entry was made it is reflecting in the books of accounts. Not depositing in the bank not a problem you can deposit it now. By not depositing in the bank and utilizing the amount for day to day expenses is okay.
