Cash Balance in Cashbook as on 31.3.11

11 March 2011 Dear Sir,

Do we need to credit the cash balance available in the Cash Book as on 31.3.11. into our bank a/c?

Pls clarify.

14 April 2011 Need not. You have to show that as cash on hand which will be seperate from your bank balance.
