hi, i am not understanding how to read n remember case laws in dt n idt...jus got d book of recent case laws but there r so many case laws???

As per my opinion, first you should thoroughly study the relevant provision the case law from the main text book then study the case law. its help you to implement the practical aspect of the law and you'll also find the way to study it through different angles. Its must to study the relevant provision before attempting any case law.
