Car is hired for employee n also reimbursed driver's salary

Hi All!
Good morning.
Can you please advise how to calculate Car Perquisite value in the following case:
The company has hired a car from the contractor (without driver) (Rs. 25000/- p.m.) for the employee which is used partly for official and partly for private purpose by the employee. The Employee has hired a driver at his own and paying salary of Rs. 10000/- to the driver which is reimbursed by the company to the employee.

Value of perquisite:
=Rs(1800+900) or (2400+900) ( for >16 CC engine 2400)
=Rs(1800+900) or (2400+900) ( for >16 CC engine 2400)
