my query is
if a person once disqualified under contract law for any contract, thereafter can he is eligible to make another types of contract

As a general rule they are disqualified,but subject to exceptions,, they can..For instance, Any contract with minors is void ab initio (Mohiribibi vs.Dharmada Gosh).However minor can be a party to a contract for supply of his necessities. .... regards..... ADV.BALACHANDER REDDY, 9959850723
