Can we take service tax credit in special cases

04 May 2016 my question is one of my party was not mentioning Either service tax no. or PAN on his bill can we take service tax credit, if yes then what is the procedure for doing so.

07 May 2016 For Valid CENVAT credit you would require the valid proof. Hence the ST no. on invoice is mandatory criteria for valid credit otherwise department may deny the credit.
