Can we submit consolidate TDS return for a year (Income Tax)

CA Abhishek Jain ( Author ) 09 February 2010	Dear SIr/Madam One of my freind not submit his TDS reurn on quarterly basis for last year. Can he submit one consolidate return for the last year as a whole instead of filing quarterly return for last year. Thanks, CA Abhishek Jain
