06 August 2008 Thanks.Its a great relief.
Can you tell me what wil i have to do?I mean what will be the procedure now as the course has changed.
Actually due to a gap of so many years,I m not much aware of the course technicalities now.
So it will be a great help if you could help me regarding the same.
Thanks a lot for the replies.

24 August 2008 Write a letter to ICAI. If possible visit the RO and initiate the re-registration procedure. It is done online. Good Luck.

11 January 2009 You can write the exams. Obtain your SRO number which is given to every student.

11 January 2009 SRO number is the replacement of your MM number.
