22 May 2013 Any one can file income tax return. No prohibition. It does not require the Signature or attestation of a CA.

if you have only stipend income you don't need to file income tax return as stipend income is exempt from tax u/sec 10(16)

one more query...
if i have proprietory business in my name and PAN no. and This is doing by my brother.
Business income exceeds examption limit and also deduct TDS ..
Then What i do. can i file income return or not ? even if i am article under CA.
