Can i file return manually a.y. -2014-15

25 July 2016 my friend want to file income tax return a.y. 2014-15, he is salary earner and his tds deducted and his tax status is refundable ... i know ITR filing date is over but he want to file manually and get back deducted amt... is this possible before 31st July 2016... kindly reply as soon as possible.

25 July 2016 make an application to the concerned CIT (Commissioneer of Income Tax) Once you get permission from CIT, you can even file through e filiing as well

28 July 2016 letter asking for permission is to be addressed and sent to the CIT (Commissioneer of Income Tax) of your jurisdiction.
