One of my client has gross receipts of Rs.215000/- from photoshop studio business. Can i file ITR-4S for A.Y.2013-14 and A.Y.2012-13?

No you can not file Form 4S. This form is not for professionals or for service sector except transporters. You have to file Form 4 only.
