I am a B Com Holder Filing the Non Audit Income Tax Returns of the Assessees. Can i sing in the Balance and Profit and Loss Accounts of the same Assessees for any Bank Loan Needs.

Depends on what you are stating before signing. You cannot mention as true & correct or true & fair. In the sense you cannnot carry on the attest function. You could probably say compiled from details furnished or something and sign.
