Please tell me whether a Private Limited company can give loan to an INDIVIDUAL who is not connected to the company. If yes, what compliance has to be done.

Acco to me.yes company can give but u have to pass board resplution for.this and.have to file same.with roc and.check limit of lpan woth 186 otherwose.u need to pass sr if u cross.limit of 186can contact me.at csdiveshgoyal@gmail.com for more clarification
