Religious trust/ Charitable trust are registered u/s 25 of the companies Act.

Since they are non profit organisation and do not use the word "Limited/Pvt Limited" at the end of its name.

Yes, Mandir/Temple is a religious trust and can be a company u/s 25.

dear amit section 25 states that if a company is registered u/s 3 of companies act & apply to the CG for registration u/s 25 then only a company can registered under the same section.

You cannot 'CALL' any trust as company. You have to register it with the Registrar of Companies.

Only then it is given the status of a COMPANY.
