how much will be my penalty if i want to file service tax return for the period 1/4/2011 to 30/9/2011? will it be calculated from actual due date i.e. 25th oct or from extended due date i.e.25th dec?

The date was further extended to 06.01.2012 and then also to 20.01.2012.Since the department itself had extended this time for submission,according to me the interest shd be computed from 21.01.2012 and not from 26.10.2011,as asked by you.tks n best regards.CA.SAGAR MAL PAREEK,9824346469
