2011- 10lacs
2012- -12 lacs
2013- 15 lacs

for calculating avg net profit of 3 preceding years will we consider -12 lacs. please tell the calculation.

05 April 2017 Well, it depends what was the reason for the loss, If something abnormal happened during that year then it can't be considered.

Is this calculation for Valuation of Goodwill ?
