05 May 2015 What are the changes in syllabus for November 2015 IPCC exams as a pose to may 2015 exams? and will the new scheme to be applicable in may 2016 be applicable to second attempt students? And how valuable is it to try for clearing the exams after failure in first attempt? Please help.
