What are the formalities that need to be prepared after a new partnership deed has been prepared after new partners have been inducted in a CA firm.
Do we need to get the deed notarised? Do we need to submit the copy of the deed to institute? Do we need to get it registered with the registrar of firms?
What are other things other than tat need to complied??

Yes notrised is necessary If fresh partnership made witwin the CA's then the copy of Deed should be submitted to the ICAI office within 30 days. It is not necessary to registered with registrar of firms
