I have some queries regarding how to prepare for my CA Final 1st group exams in nov. 2016.
1. For FR and SFM should i refer Paduka or some other book alongwith PM?? 2. And for Audit should i go for CA Ravi Taori Sir online Calsses or some other book/ Classes? 3. And suggest classes or books for law? (I am thinking of taking CA Vijay Raja Sir classes from ETEN if they would be available)

Start your preparation at the earliest so that you have ample time to revise your portions and write Mock test papers. Let your time table be realistic and workable, no point in having a unrealistic one, if your not able to execute it. Now getting back to your pointed queries, the reply is as follows:
1. If you have been using Padhukas books till now and able to understand the concepts thoroughly, please stick to it. There are other good books in the market like M P Vijaykumar for FR and A N Sridhar or S D Bala for SFM, if you think absolutely necessity to get conceptual clarity go for any of the books, Don't stack your rack at home with too many books and at the end you are unable to touch those materials, no point in having them, as it could psychological play on your mind.
2. Audit if you think tuitions are a must then go ahead and attend. For Auditing book you can refer to again Padhukas or Vikas Oswal.
3. Munish Bhandari is the ultimate book for Corporate Law, you can study from it. Since you are from Delhi, you can as well attend his classes there.
Attending classes personally would be a better idea than virtual as you will get an opportunity to raise doubts and seek clarification either inside or outside the classroom with the faculty and also it is a platform to meet many future CA's and become friends with them as it can be of great help in some point in time in your career.
