I have completed CA PE II 2nd Group in 2007. Now wanted to continue CA. Pls guide me. Can i take exemption in the subjects already passed or i will have to start fresh.

You are advised to visit your nearest ICAI branch for better clarity in this regard. As per my opinion there is no need to appear for all the papers.
However only ICAI officials can guide you properly in this regard.
