05 December 2011 Sir,
I am sending Bio-Fertilizer to other state. Bio-Fertilizer is vat exempt goods , can i charged C.S.T to those type of goods when i am sending this to other state.
Please reply me.

04 February 2012 No, CST will not attract as local rate of tax is 0%. hence can not charge.
