09 November 2015 I am Starting restaurant business in Mumbai now i want to purchase Kitchen Appliances from Delhi who will charge CST. Meanwhile i will apply for VAT NO. also. Whether I can issue C-Form and if So how to show effect of the same in return ???

10 November 2015 THE Selling dealer in Delhi shall charge CST and you will be under obligation to provide the Form C in the prescribed formate and time.
