Is there is any stamp duty to issue an share certificate of an Pvt ltd company to an share holder...if yes, what is the percentage of duty and what is the procedure after filiing of Form 2...

I want to Know what all things a Private Ltd company has to do w.r.t Income Tax Dept & ROC yearly.

It is a known fact that if the director name is appearing in the LIST OF SIGNATORIES under View Signatory Details, then DIN-3 is already filed for him and approved by MCA21.
My query is, whether this DIN-3 will be available in the MCA21 portal or not.

My understanding is that DIN-3 if not available in the MCA21 portal, then it would be treated as PRIVATE DOCUMENT by MCA21.

Confirm whether my understanding is in order.

I am not able to find the Form DIN-3 (filed and approved by RoC) for one of our clients in the MCA21 Portal. How do I view the same in the portal or whether the same is treated or categorised as private document ?

If there is mistake in the balance sheet filled with Roc of the Pvt. Ltd.whether it can be revised or not

i am filling form -1 of mca for incorporation of company .

size of file is 4 mb after all attacments in pdf and i wan to upload that file but mca can not upload file whose size will exceed 2.6 mb.

pls tel me how i can upload this file in other words reduce size of my file.

A private company has to enter into an agreement with other company incorporated in Germany. whether provisions of section 297 are applicable?

Has government delegated all his power under SCRA 1956 to SEBI, & if not all then pls tell me under which section's power has been delegated to SEBI.

Partnership Act 1932 says that registration of firms is not compulsory but to get the benefits of registration the firm can be registered with the registrar of firms.
Companies act 1956 says that if the in a firm no. of partners exceeds d maximum limit which is 10 for Banking co. n 20 for other firms then d said firm has to get itself registered under the companies act with the ROC otherwise it will b classified as an illegal association (Sec. 11).
Can it b concluded that a partnership firm can be registered under partnership act if no. of partners fall within d max. limit.
Kindly help.
